The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published a new rule which provides that Medicare Part D plans will not cover prescriptions unless the prescriber has enrolled in Medicare or opted out.
Enforcement will begin on January 1, 2019.
The American Dental Association developed member resources to help dentists better understand how to enroll in and opt out of Medicare.
