Pamela Porembski, D.D.S.
Dr. Pamela Porembski, D.D.S., is the director of the ADA's Center for Dental Practice in the Practice Institute. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry in private practice in Chicago, taught in a dental hygiene program, and was a consultant with a dental benefits company before joining the staff of the American Dental Association.
Wendy O'Donovan Phillips
Wendy O’Donovan Phillips is the founder and president of Big Buzz. She has contributed articles to numerous dental publications, has consulted with businesses across the country and is a motivational speaker and highly-regarded educational lecturer. She has authored a book on marketing for dental practices. Ms. O’Donovan Phillips was one of the content authorities who participated in the development of the content for the ADA’s Guidelines for Practice Success™ (GPS™) module on Managing Marketing.
