Kirk leads the healthcare practice team to ensure a tailored approach in meeting needs and challenges of today, whether single practitioners or large practice groups.
Over his 13-year tenure at BMO Harris Bank, Kirk has lead key initiatives with client management, risk, and industry verticals. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank, Kirk managed client relationships of privately held businesses and healthcare practices in the commercial banking space.

William P. Prescott, EMBA, JD, Esq.
Bill Prescott’s entire career has been dedicated to supporting dentists. After working in the dental equipment and supply business for 16 ½ years, Bill became an attorney and has spent 30 years, as of September 18, 2019, representing dentists and dental specialists. Bill's practice concentrates on associate buy-ins/owner buy-outs, succession planning, practice sales and acquisitions, practice valuations, group practice formation and operations and solo group operations.
Bill has written several books on dental law topics including "Joining And Leaving The Dental Practice, Third Edition." ADA members may download this book for free. Bill has also written numerous articles for Dental Economics and other publications.
Bill is a member of and active volunteer in several professional associations and has been named a Fellow, American College of Tax Counsel. Bill is a past Chair and current Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation, Closely Held Businesses Committee. He also serves on the Editorial Board of The Practical Tax Lawyer. Allen Schiff, CPA, CFE
Allen Schiff is the Managing Member of Schiff & Associates, LLC (S&A). Prior to forming S&A, Allen was a Partner with Smart & Associates (formerly Grabush, Newman) for 30 years and was their Practice Leader for Dental Practice Management Services. Allen has over 40 years of experience in the areas of dental practice management. Allen’s services include business planning to include obtaining financing, succession planning, exit strategies and long-range planning. Allen has assisted dentists with practice acquisitions, start-ups, operational analysis and associate contract analysis.
Allen is the President of the Academy of Dental CPAs (www.adcpa.org). This group of very knowledgeable CPA firms across the nation specializes in practice management services to the dental industry. He serves on the ADCPA Executive Committee and is Chairperson of the ADCPA Marketing & New Members Committees.
