True or false: When a dental benefit plan tells you 'no more paper checks, only electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment instead' do you have any choice? Find out the answer to this question and more during this focused webinar.
Participants will learn:
- how EFTs work,
- how they can help dental offices receive quicker payments, and
- obstacles faced by dental offices that wish to receive EFT payments.
You will hear directly from leaders in the banking industry, dental practice management vendors, and colleagues in practice about the value proposition of accepting the healthcare EFT standard, and its companion the electronic remittance advice (ERA). Learn how taking advantage of the EFT (and ERA) tools can save staff time for other important work that will keep operatory chairs filled and your practice busy.
ADA members can also reference our multi-part checklist which identifies the common decisions and actions.
ADA leadership continues to hear your feedback on these issues and take action. This webinar is another of the many tactics we are employing as part of our coordinated communications plan on dental benefits and third party issues.
